Job Overview
Musket Cove Island Resort and Marina consists of 54 private bures, villas & hotel style rooms, private homes, multiple F&B outlets.
As the Executive Chef/F&B Manager, you will assume a vital role in managing all culinary operations and food & beverage service. International experience in the same or a similar role is preferrable. With a focus on delivering an exceptional dining experience, ensuring financial success and team development, your responsibilities include:
- Overall management and guidance of the culinary and service teams, encompassing meal production, food & beverage quality, team member productivity and performance, policy implementation, cost controls, and profitability.
- Menu and service planning for all outlets including special events encompassing current food & beverage trends, freshness and seasonality, dietary needs, and special requests.
- Engaging with guests and team members to proactively monitor guest satisfaction levels and implement necessary improvements.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and service of alcohol.
- Managing supplier relationships.
- Undertaking general management responsibilities, including systems management, budgeting and forecasting, report generation.
- Fostering the growth and development of team members through proper recruitment, training, and performance management.
