Acts as personal ‘butler’ for allocated guests C meeting the guests on arrival and handling all of their needs and wants from that point on until they board their departure vessel. Maintains regular personal interaction with guests throughout their stay C handling all requests proactively and promptly C including organization of experiences C laundry or grocery requirements C meal reservations C service of basic food

Checking in guests C allocating rooms and handing over keys. Answering questions about hotel facilities and about local transport C places of interest and entertainment. Dealing with special requests C such as room service C taxi bookings or wake-up calls C passing on messages to guests and taking mail for posting. Answering phone calls and handling account queries and payments.
