NAI’A Cruises Fiji Limited is looking for a Travel & Reservation Consultant to join our Head Office in Pacific Harbour. This is a full-time position and the person must have the following qualifications and skills:
- Proven working experience as a Travel Consultant
- Certified in Airline Reservations & E-ticketing with excellent knowledge of travelling software (computer reservations systems, Amadeus GDS system).
- Exemplary sales skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Well-versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual etc).
- Hotel and Transfer Reservations (local and international)
- Able to work with Microsoft Programs and Google Apps (Sheets, Docs and so on)
- Administration and General Accounting Knowledge
- Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Ability to present and communicate effectively
- Ability to handle crises and maintain a high level of customer service
- Honest and able to work without supervision
- A team player and able to handle any other tasks and responsibilities assigned.
- Candidates with personal travel experience is preferred but not a must.
