We are looking for a Sales & Reservation Consultant, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for assisting customers in booking their dream cruises with us. Your primary duties will include:
- Handling inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
- Providing personalized recommendations and advice to customers based on their preferences.
- Processing reservations accurately and efficiently using our booking system.
- Upselling additional services and amenities to enhance the customer experience.
- Building rapport with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Fiji and its tourist attractions is a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
