BTR (Fiji) PTE Limited/Our Pacific Office based in Nadi is currently recruiting for STUDENT SUPPORT OFFICERS to assist our client in Australia.
General Overview of Responsibilities’:
- Assist with new projects to corporate client to multiple students or to a group of students
- Liaise with the trainer to confirm training, create delivery schedule, fulfill communication and administrative support, assist in ensuring compliance
- Ensure timely response to emails and phone calls
- Other backend ad hoc admin work that may be required from time to time
The ideal candidate(s) must be able to demonstrate:
- Ability to handle communication well across all avenues and with different people of diverse and multi-cultural background
- Ability to work of checklist & follow processes
- Good Attitude and Detailed Oriented
- Computer Literate
- Adaptable skillset to work in a fast-paced environment
- 2+ years’ experience in Customer Services, Frontline Services & Administration
- Form 7 Level
