The position will be based at the Energy Fiji Limited’s Navutu Depot, Lautoka and will report to the Team Leader Stores Navutu.
Key Responsibilities:

- To execute the receiving and recording of Stock and Direct Charge items from suppliers and freight forwarders;

- Issue of Direct charge items to respective SBA/personnel and issue & record of Stock items to EFL Teams and EFL Contractors;

- Issue of PPE to staffs, update PPE card and PayGlobal system;

- Data Entry for Issue and Credit of Stock Items into Navision Inventory system;
-
- Binning of Stock items in the respective bins and to keep proper bin location labels & item code tags;

- Providing daily reports on systematic transactions to the Team Leader;
-
- Conduct Cycle counts and quarterly stock take;
-
- Issuing/Replenishment of stock materials through inter branch Stock Transfer;

- Ensure compliance with all Finance and Supply Chain policies and procedures;

- Check, record and store goods received and ensure that the issue of any item is properly authorized and recorded;

- Maintain regular inspection of stores/warehouse to eliminate deterioration & damages;

- Ensure that sufficient inventory level is maintained to meet the requirements for CAPEX & OPEX;

- Loading and unloading of items using forklifts;
-
- Receiving of scrap & obsolete Items from respective SBA and provide list for Tender advertisement;

- Provide yearly list for Stock Write-off items;

- Keep warehouse clean and presentable for work environment/OHS;
-
- Standby for afterhours breakdown or urgent issue of materials;
-
- Carry out any other work delegated by the Team Leader Stores.
Key Requirements:

- A Certificate in Inventory Management in Supply Chain or Certificate in Commerce/Accounting from a recognized tertiary institution or a minimum of three (2) years relevant industry experience in warehouse management;

- Must be computer literate and skills in Navision Inventory System will be added advantage;

- Though not a mandatory requirement, a license to operate forklift will be an added advantage however incumbent should be able to obtain Forklift License within 6 months of employment.
