Duties & Responsibilities

·       The day-to-day operations of Yaukuve Spa Sanctuary.

·       Oversee all business operations, including responsibility for management of staff, rostering, payroll, stock orders, and stock take.

·       Supervise and inspire the team to deliver a personalized guest experience in the wellness department which includes spa services and activities such as yoga and fitness classes.

·       Manage the spa budget, meeting all targets and then striving to exceed them.

·       Ensure the team delivers a personalized guest experience within the brand guidelines.

·       Attract, recruit, motivate and develop our team.

Ensure the impeccable cleanliness and presentation of the Yaukuve Spa Sanctuary

Qualifications & Attributes

·       Strong business acumen and previous spa management experience in the five-star hospitality space.

·       A qualification in Beauty and/or Massage Therapy (preferred)

·       Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

·       A visible leadership style with ability and experience to train and develop a large team.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Demonstrated sales ability in products and services.

·       Computer skills – including spa software.

·       Immaculate grooming and presentation.

·       Well presented with an excellent attitude.

·       Fire Warden & First Aid Certification is desirable
