Job Overview

The Service and Installation Coordinator is a key role in the Service and Installation Team, responsible for coordinating technical services, planning projects, preparing quotes and liaising with customers. The S&I Coordinator will report to the S&I Manager – West and  will be responsible for :


  • Coordinating technical service and installation work for commercial and domestic works;
  • Preparing daily work schedules and allocate resources in an efficient and effective way;
  • Maintaining technician logbooks and customer records in conjunction with the customer service center;
  • Preparing service and installation schedules for equipment including testing and adjustments;
  • Providing costing for service works, materials for project works;
  • Preparation and renewals of service contracts;
  • Providing costing for products and services;
  • Contributing customer information to CRM.


  • Diploma or Trade Certificate in technical field Plumbing or other relevant discipline with a minimum of 3 years experience in oil /gas  industry or in a large organization;
  • Valid group 2 license is a must;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure;
  • Proficient with MS Office;
  • Ability to work through project issues with customers in a timely manner
