Position Overview: We’re actively seeking energetic and detail-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team as an Outbound Sales Representatives. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in achieving and boosting sales, all while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities: As an Outbound Sales Representative at Our Pacific Office, your responsibilities will include:

  •  Reach out to both existing and potential customers, utilizing prepared scripts.
  •  Adhere closely to provided scripts and promptly report any issues to management.
  •  Articulate package details and explain available services to customers.
  •  Collect essential customer information and pertinent data during interactions.
  •  Pose relevant questions to comprehend customer specifications and preferences.
  •  Address and resolve inquiries or problems related to the offered package or service.
  •  Utilize the booking system to ensure accurate and timely customer bookings.
  •  Propose solutions aligned with customer needs and preferences.
  •  Handle customer complaints with professionalism and proficiency.
  •  Maintain a comprehensive database or log of customer interactions on a regular and as-needed basis.
  •  Responding to phone calls and assisting customers with their inquiries, which may involve creating a new booking, adjusting an existing booking, or canceling a booking.
  •  Ensuring precise updates to the  booking system.
  •  Addressing customer complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
  •  Offering solutions tailored to the specific needs and requirements of customers.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience in Outbound Tele Sales desirable but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality requirements.
