- Work in conjunction with Senior Business Development Manager
- Increase casual meeting room usage at designated locations
- Develop, Promote and Manage referral program with existing clients
- Manage all enquiries via the CRM
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- To successfully convert leads that comes in via email, phone and/or online
- To successfully maintain and keep 95% occupancy at all business locations
- Actively participate in marketing strategies and campaigns, this includes on-going cold calling and email campaigns
- Develop and manage the relationship with existing clients and affiliates
- Build additional networking alliances and referral partnership and maximize new opportunities within new areas
- Collaborate with the management and sales team to develop new stream of direct enquiries
- Handle all incoming enquiries as per training process
- Ensure you reach your targets by making the required number of calls daily using the prompt provided
- Ensure that all enquiry details and follow up details are entered daily into the CRM
- Attend all client events as and when required
- Identify personal training and development needs and opportunities for self-improvement on an ongoing basis
- Ensure visibility of all information and work effectively with team members to establish and support a positive working relationship and fun team environment
- Interact with management and the Front Office team at all times to ensure there is a clear understanding of activities within the business
- Maintain the product and service provision in line with the business expectations
- Immediately deal with customer feedback, challenges or compliments to enable long-term improvements in product and services
The ideal candidate must have:
- At least 5+ years in business to business dealing and selling
- Strong customer awareness and focus
- Excellent presentation, selling and communication skills to effectively deal and interact with both prospective and existing clients
- Ability to work and interact as part of a team
- Sound organizational skills with the ability to identify and juggle priorities
- Drive and initiative with an eagerness to work
- Ability to maintain effectiveness in a dynamic and high pressurized environment
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Windows & Database)
