BTR (Fiji) PTE Limited based in Nadi offers outsourced business services to organizations located overseas. We are currently recruiting for experienced CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES to join our growing team and if you think you are right person, we would like to hear from you.

About the position:

This is a technical sales position where you will help Australian homeowners take part in our FREE Hot Water System Upgrade program, funded by the Australian Federal and State Government energy saving schemes. In this role, you will analyze and interpret customers’ existing hot water system and usage to provide them with a fit-for-purpose Heat Pump Water Heater system suitable to their families’ requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve all relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Attend to all sales enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Follow up and/or maintain communication with prospects via phone calls, voicemails, emails, or Short Message Service (SMS) to push them through the sales process
  • Follow up on quotations with the aim of achieving a confirmation of installation
  • Adhere to all scripting and compliance processes to deliver a compliant and exceptional customer experience
  • Maintain an accurate activity log in Pipedrive, including reasons as to why an opportunity is lost or not moving forward
  • Complete all necessary administrative work with honestly and integrity
  • Maintain usage of standard emails and SMS templates in accordance with guidelines
  • Deliver consistent, quality grammar and punctuation in all communication
  • Understand the products to be able to provide an accurate explanation to customers
  • Understand the relevant Government energy saving program/rebates framework to be able to provide an accurate explanation to customers
  • Understand The Green Guys Group sales process to be able to provide next steps and project timeframes
  • Understand the target customers to be able to handle objections, defuse tensions, and provide solutions immediately and tactfully

  • Availability to work rosters in weekends and up to 10 PM FJT

 

Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for an opportunity to be interviewed, applicants will need to meet the criteria below:

  1. Form Seven Pass
  2. Previous experience in similar role
  3. Experience in utilizing a contact center software
  4. High level of spoken and written English language with excellent communication skills

  • The role is full-time with the potential for overtime. We require demonstrated reliability and flexibility in working hours. Immediate start required.
  • All candidates will be required to have already received their first dose and second dose of the COVID 19 vaccination.
