SALES COORDINATOR – PORT MORESBY
We are currently seeking applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the position of Sales Coordinator, based in Port Moresby, National Capital District. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
- Attend to customers via phone, email or in person and maintain good relationship with them
- Communicate internally important feedback from customers
- Maintain client records and mainly preparation of daily, weekly, & monthly reports
- Keep up-to-date with new products and features
Job Requirements
- Applicants must attach Passport Size Photo together with the application
- Strong knowledge in mathematics
- 1-2 years of proven experience in sales & marketing and administration
- Minimum grade 12 certificate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English & Pidgin
- Demonstrates strong customer service skills
- Ability to drive will be added qualification
- Prepare quotations and other important documents
