Job Overview
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Cold calling potential customers to sell products on the Australian market
- Utilize provided leads to generate sales
- Handle objection from customers with the driven desire to achieve sales conversion targets
- Knowledge of the Australian market and geography
- In-depth product knowledge and understanding
- Money driven to meet set KPI’s
- Able to adapt and handle any call scenario with confidence and positivity
- Constantly develop and implement sales strategies to boost conversion and sales
The ideal candidate must have:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- At least 2 years’ cold calling experience in Call Centre
- Able to hold conversation and deal with different and diverse range customers
- Articulate with attention to detail
- Ability to think on the spot in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Self-driven to meet set KPI’s and self-success
