Job Overview
We are looking for an outgoing, highly motivated and skilled Reservations Sales Officer to join our team in our Denarau mainland office
Responsibilities:
- Provide Resort Information, itineraries and prices
- Use selling techniques to promote the Resort and what we offer.
- Handle Customer complaints or concerns
- Advise guests on terms and conditions of booking eg. cancellation policies
- Monitor Bookings Online/Direct and send out confirmation emails
- Process Payments and Refunds
Required skills and knowledge:
- Course in Computers, language and communications are an asset
- Excellent command in English (spoken and written) is a must
- Excellent telephone manner etiquette are required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge in Property Management Systems and OTAs is an asset.
- Detail-oriented
- Organizational skills
- Previous experience in marketing and sales is an asset
