Job Overview

With 3 hotels based in Tahiti and Bora Bora and more than 400 rooms, the Intercontinental Polynésie Française group is a key player in tourism in French Polynesia.

Its reservation team of 9 employees is looking for its manager.

Your day to day

Under the authority of the Revenue Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Participate in daily work with the reservations team (entering and confirming reservations, taking phone calls, responding to customer emails)
  • Support the reservations team and maintain its performance in compliance with group procedures and standards.
  • Prepare proformas in Excel
  • Manage the daily and weekly planning of the reservation service and the administration of the service (management of schedules, tasks, training).
  • Team production follow-up
  • Check upcoming arrivals and manage special reservations: VIPs, official delegations, regular customers
  • Achieve the qualitative and quantitative objectives set by Management
  • Participate in the recruitment of the team and its integration.
  • Ensure the correct OXI reconciliation established by the reservations team once a day for 14 days + do the Oxi reconciliation one week over 1 month and once a month over 6 months.
  • Be familiar with the current promotional campaigns on the different segments and highlight the current campaigns during direct quotes.
  • Inventory tracking and overbooking management.
  • Audit work on service issues and be proactive in creating the tools/procedures necessary to respond to and follow up on them.
  • Generate monthly reports, the list of which will be provided by the Revenue Manager (evolving list).
  • Ensure the proper training of the team on the various internal procedures and tools in the service.
