Key Responsibilities

  • Previous experience in Customer Service environment providing exceptional experiences to the customers.
  • Strong customer service focus and a genuine interest in helping people, for this role, you must be proficient in reading and writing in English.
  • Ability to deal with sensitive/emotive situations while identifying and fulfilling the customers’ needs.
  • You will enjoy working through problems and providing solutions in a complex environment.
  • A desire for ongoing learning and self-education.
  • You will be a strong team player, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Exceptional PC skills and experience with complete systems.
  • High attention to detail coupled with demonstrated problem solving and investigation skills.
  • Exposure or similar experience will be an added advantage.

Essential Skills & Experiences

  • Previous experience includes a role in travel/ sales /customer service.
  • Thorough understanding of domestic and international travel destinations, attractions, and travel products.
  • Knowledge of travel booking systems and software like Amadeus, Sabre and Tramada.
  • Knowledge of visa and travel document requirements.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to solve problems and resolve conflicts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team including collaborating effectively in a virtual team environment is critical.
  • A fast learner who can master multiple new systems.
