SeaFiji Limited is looking for a Reservations Consultant to join our team in Denarau. This is a full time position and the person must have the following qualifications and skills:
- Proven working experience as a Reservations Consultant
- Excellent knowledge of MYOB programme
- Exemplary sales skills and a customer oriented approach
- Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business holidays, group/businesses)
- Hotel & transfer Reservations (local and international)
- Able to work with Microsoft Programs and Google Apps (Sheets, Docs and so on)
- Administration and General Accounting Knowledge
- Proficient in English
- Ability to present and communicate effectively
- Ability to handle critics and maintain a high level of customer service
- Honest and able to work without supervision
- A team player and able to handle any other task and responsibilities assigned
