The Role – Reservations Consultants (Nadi)

Key Responsibilities

  • Previous experience In Customer Service environment providing exceptional experiences to the customers
  • Strong customer service focus and a genuine interest In helping people for this role, you must be proficient In reading and writing in English.
  • Ability to deal with sensitive/emotive situations while Identifying and fulfilling the customers’
  • You will enjoy working through problems and providing solutions Ina complex
  • A desire for  ongoing learning and sell-
  • You will be a strong team player, with the ability to work
  • Exceptional PC skills and experience with complete
  • High attention to detail coupled with demonstrated problem solving and Investigation skills
  • Clear written communication skills in English are essential
  • Exposure or similar experience will be an added advantage

Essential Skills & Experiences

  • At least 12 years of experience in a customer service environment Is desirable;
  • High attention to detail coupled with demonstrated problem solving and Investigation skills;
  • Clear written communication skills in English are essential;
  • Ability to multi task and prioritize in identifying what to perform first and foremost;
  • Ability to only work night shifts and weekends;
  • Strong negotiation and excellent communication skills: verbal and written;
  • Considerable working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; Exposure or similar experience will be highly regarded
