JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure a 24-hour turnaround to all requests from overseas tour operators I agents requesting information tariffs, packages,and other information
- Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances
- Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations
- Handle day to day tasks associated with Inbound F.l. reservations and queries
- Work with key overseas tour wholesalers and develop “tailor made” tour programs and other special requests in relation to specific markets
MUST – HAVE SKILLS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have working experience and knowledge of Tourplan System
- Tertiary Qualification in Tourism Management or related studies is desirable with at least S years working experience as a Reservations Consultant in a tourism related environment
- IT literacy at intermediate level
- Demonstrate flawless attention to detail
- Ability to source best quotes and deliver multiple outputs within tight turnaround times, as needed
