Looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a stunning location? Look no further! The Rarotongan Beach Resort, a four-star, 160 room beach resort in the Cook Islands, is seeking an experienced Reservationist to join our team!
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in hotel reservations, great attention to detail, and a professional approach. Experience with INFOR HMS property management system is a bonus or alternatively one of the other international PMS such as RMS, Oracle etc.
As a Reservationist, you’ll be responsible for handling all aspects of room reservations, including bookings, cancellations, and modifications, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
