Job Overview
We are seeking a Reservation Manager with extensive experience in using CustomLinc or similar reservations software to manage our reservation systems. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of our reservations process, including managing reservations staff, ensuring accuracy of bookings, and maximizing occupancy and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the reservations process, including managing the reservations team, overseeing booking processes, and monitoring inventory and availability.
- Ensure accuracy and timely processing of all reservations.
- Use CustomLinc or similar software to manage the reservations system and train staff on how to use it.
- Analyze booking patterns and occupancy levels to maximize revenue.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that all reservations are in sync with other aspects of the business.
- Ensure that customer service is a top priority and that all customer inquiries and issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with CustomLinc or similar reservations software is a must.
- Proven track record of managing a reservations team and overseeing the reservations process.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing booking patterns and occupancy levels to maximize revenue.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A degree in hospitality, business management or related field is preferred.
