Job Overview

The role will be required to report directly to Reservations Manager, an integral member of the team that creates distinctively different and authentic experiences for our guest. , ability to warmly and enthusiastically assist guests with all these booking needs and requirements as per brand standards.


  • Engage the guests to understand their preferences and book room reservations while focusing on maximizing room revenue and average rate using standard rate quoting scenario at all times. Up sell rooms when possible.
  • Prepare monthly operations report to as directed by Reservations and Revenue Manager or any otter senior member by latest 1st of the next month.
  • Ability to make daily weekly monthly reservation reports and statistics and ensure they are distributed to the respective departments.

To qualify:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality.
  • Minimum 2years experience in reservations role, preferably with Opera experience.
  • Previous 5-star hospitality experience in a luxury resort.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and verbal and written communication skills required
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Island based role.
