Reporting to the Director Pacific, you will lead fundraising and donor relations across the Fiji, Solomon Islands and Papua New Guinea offices. You will also develop and maintain effective Public Sector, Corporate and Donor Partnerships while ensuring the effective coordination, monitoring and implementation of fundraising proposals.
To be successful in this role you must have a Master’s Degree in Business Management, Conservation, Development studies, Political Science or in relevant fields. You should have at least five(5) to seven(7) years of practical experience as a partnership or fundraising coordinator for a programme or project, two(2) years of which should ideally be in the Pacific Region. Successful fundraising experience with large-scale, multi country proposals($2-3 Million USD at least). You should also possess excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, and have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
