We are seeking the services of an experienced individual who will be able to work as part of a dynamic Team and invite applications for the following position.
RECORDS OFFICER CATEGORY 2 SALARY RANGE: $ 23,985 – $ 32,451
Ref. No: 23/08 This position reports directly to the Manager General Administration Services, Currency & Corporate Services Group. The successful candidate will be expected to manage the Central Banking Records (both hard copies and electronic versions) to improve service delivery. Furthermore, the candidate will ensure that archived records are properly maintained in compliance with standard atmospheric controls so that Bank’s records heritage is maintained for longer periods, ensure security and control of all records, and provide advice to Groups on proper records management practices.
The successful candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Records/Archives Management, Information Systems or any related discipline with at least 3 years work experience in a similar role. Candidates must be well organised, self-motivated and have excellent time management skills. In addition, the candidate should be able to multi-task, work under minimum supervision, communicate effectively and be a team player. Candidates with CM10 knowledge and File Management experience would be an added advantage.
