Job Overview

This role has primary responsibility is assisting the Front Office Department in manning the desk for the Front Office Team.


  • You will oversee all Front Office activities associated with checking in and out of guest, updating the Guest Report, answering of phone calls in general and attending to all queries whether in person or via phone calls that is directed to the Front Office Department.
  • Monitor all guest transportation schedule and ensure that everyone gets updated accordingly.
  • Coordinate and act as a desk support for the Front Office team in terms of buggy support for all guest, relaying any message request that is directed to the GEMS or anyone in Front Office.
  • Does follow up and ensures that all guest request that is directed to the Front Office desk is attended to.
  • Ensure there is sufficient par level of stock for the Front Office team.

To qualify:

  • A tertiary qualification in Front Office Management
  • 2 years of Front Office experience in a five-star resort,
  • Competent in the use of various computer software, Materials Control and proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English,
  • Island based role.
