RECEPTIONIST
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and screen visitors and refer queries to officer responsible;
- Check office calendar for appointments and maintain visitor records;
- Manage incoming calls transfer/escalate to appropriate officer/department;
- Handle outgoing and incoming mails, sort and distribute;
- Keep record and track all incoming queries, follow up with respective officer in charge and update records in a timely manner;
- Maintain and keep up to date contact details and extension numbers of all internal staff and external office locations.
- Report any irregularities and maintain continuity among work team;
- Maintain and keep up to date filing systems;
- Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations in the reception and office area;
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in the reception area while abiding by the policies and regulations of the organisation;
- Report any security related matters to line managers.

- Meticulous to attention;
- Organized and able to manage appointments and meetings for personnel throughout the office.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Demonstrates strong customer service skills.
- Professionalism: Must be enthusiastic, respectful, and friendly; with a professional and welcoming presentation, and most importantly, possess a positive attitude.
- Computer Skills: Front desk receptionist should be proficient with Microsoft Office tools and possess strong keyboarding skills to perform their job successfully.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of proven admin experience;
- Minimum grade 12 certificate;
- Preferred certificate in Office Admin.
- Non-betelnut chewer, non-smoker
- Sober habits
