GEM IT Solutions are currently expanding our current Team of Technicians; thus, we are looking for highly skilled and motivated persons for our Suva Service Centre.
- act as the first level escalation point for complex or critical customer issues and inquires.
- extensive experience in handing customer service inquiries that meet stringent industry service level standards.
- implement installations, corrective, and preventative maintenance on Sharp, HP, DELL equipment plus QMS, Video Conferencing and other solutions supported by GEM IT.
Reporting to Service Manager and work closely with helpdesk coordinator, sales associates and project managers.
Knowledge / Skills & Qualification:
An IT Diploma or equivalent – Industry Certificate in A+ or ITIL4 Certification will be an advantage.
- Strong technical skills, analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- At least 1-2 years experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a team player.
- Able to work long hours and weekend, if required.
A clean and valid Group 2 Driving License is mandatory for the above position.
