 Premier Services Associate

If you are customer service oriented with a passion to serve with care, then we are looking for you.

Fiji Airways is looking to recruit passionate individual(s) for the role of Premier Service Associate to facilitate exceptional customer service to traveling Premiers and Tabua Club members ensuring that their needs and requests are met with the highest standards prior to travel, during check-in and upon arrival. You will also manage the concierge desk at the Fiji Airways Premier Lounge.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Initiates and communication with traveling Premiers and Tabua Club Members prior, during and after their travel to ensure that Fiji Airways meets or exceeds customer service expectations.
  • Meets, greets and escorts customers from curb side through terminal facilities, always ensuring customers have a seamless and exceptional experience.
  • Appraises and complies with safety, security and Fiji Airways / Fiji Link operational requirements as well as requirements in place by other regulatory authorities at all times.
  • Collaborates with airport authority and other stakeholders to proactively meet travelling Premier customers and Tabua Club member’s needs and expectations and/or special handling requests and mitigate customer service challenges.
  • Facilitates and seeks guidance when appropriate for service recovery actions arising from Premier customers and Tabua Club member’s complaints and dissatisfaction within company guidelines.
  • Prepares and submits detailed reports of Premier cardholders and Tabua Club Members facilitated during the shift and provides assistance in daily function of operations and potential disruptions as and when required.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 5 years in Hospitality and/or Airline industry
  • To have functional knowledge of Amadeus Altea applications is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and hospitality inclination.
  • Strong organisational and problem solving skills.
  • Team player with professional personal presentation.
