Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated, friendly and professional person to join Six Senses Front Office Team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver and pick-up guest luggage and request items according to the standards and procedures in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist the Front Office department in terms of luggage loads and offload during arrivals and departure.
- Provides buggy support and offer assistance to guests when requested.
- Maintain the cleanliness of guest areas including lobby and report any defects.
- Assist the Front Office Team in keeping an efficient coordination between the Front Office Desk, other departments and all inhouse guest.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the hotel buggies and ensure they are in good condition.
- Handle guest inquiries by providing accurate and appropriate information.
To qualify:
- Completion of form 6 level education,
- 2 years of previous experience in the similar role, preferably in hospitality industry,
- Flexible with working long hours Valid driving licence is a must
- Island-based role.
