Job Overview
The above position will be based in our Head Office located at Makoi, Nasinu and directly reports to our Director.
Key Responsibilities will include:
· Screen incoming phone calls for Director
· Minutes writing, taking dedications and preparing action plans
· Schedule meetings and appointments for Director and provide reminder alert
· Prepare papers for meeting
· Prepare correspondence letters and perform general clerical works as assigned by the Director
· Make refreshments and Tea for Director and his visitors
· Organize local and overseas travel arrangement for Director
· Attend to regulatory authorities on behalf of the Director when required
· Control overall company stationary
Key Competency Requirements:
· Relevant qualification in Office Administration
· 3+ Years of experience in a similar role
· Well versed with MS Office
· Valid group 2 driving license will be an advantage
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
· Excellent communication skills
