    The Position

    The Parts Cadet will be responsible for learning to identify and learn spare parts for Toyota vehicles and Yamaha Manne products along with supplementary accessories, equipment and lubricants for internal and external customers This position reports to the Team Leader Training and operationally to National Fixed Operations Manager This role will be based in
    Head Office.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Understudy the functions of Parts, Service, Panel, Tyres and (T Department;
    • Determining the correct replacement parts or spare parts for customers:
    • Find specific needed or requested parts in databases/warehouses,
    • Process customer invoices and quotations and maintain purchase orders:
    • Keep in contact with existing customers in person and by telephone:
    • Assist with the receiving and inspection of incoming parts shipments:
    • Ensure that proper inventory control is in place,
    • Good communication skills and a team player:
    • Promote good health and safety practices. follow and support the implementation of ANZEN requirements to ensure a safe working environment

    Position Requirements

    • A pass in Fiji School Leaving Certificate,
    • Flexibility to work outside of normal working hours;
    • Work well in a customer-focused environment,
    • Computer literacy;
    • Strong work ethic:
    • Excellent time management skills;
    • A valid and clean manual driving license
