About the role

As a Teller, you will be accountable for meeting customers’ financial transaction needs. In addition to this, it is expected that you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to branch performance by identifying unmet customer needs and referring customers to the respective bankers.

Role Type: Permanent, Part-time
What will you bring?
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following –
- Exceptional time management and customer service skills
- Computer literate and ability to use MS Office Suite
- Innate problem-solver
- Ability to exercise sound judgment
- Sound understanding of compliance and customer confidentiality
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude with a growth mindset.
