Captain Cook Cruises Fiji is a dynamic organization dedicated to promoting cultural understanding and engagement with the Pacific region. We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Pacific Studies graduate to join our team and contribute to our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on Pacific cultures, history, and contemporary issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs and events related to the Pacific region, most specially Samoa & Tonga
- Collaborate with a diverse team (Marine Bio) to create content, articles, and reports on Pacific Studies topics.
- Engage with local Pacific communities to foster cultural exchange and understanding.
- Stay updated on current events and developments in the Pacific region.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pacific Studies or a related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Cultural sensitivity and a passion for promoting Pacific cultures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel and engage with Pacific communities.
