Necessary skills and experience:
- Excellent English communication – written and verbal
- Competent with MS Office, Microsoft Excel
- Minimum 24 months work experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated ‘can do’ attitude
- Ability to take directions, work independently & be a team player
- Ability to supervise & liaise effectively with all levels of staff
- Excellent hospitality customer service skills
