Job Overview
The role of the Marketing Coordinator is to coordinate and execute the marketing department’s activities to amplify the awareness & drive the overall revenue of all Fiji Airways group brands, product and services which cover Fiji Airways, Fiji Link, FJAA plus destination Fiji.
The role will also work closely with a multitude of partners across the travel industry, ensure that Fiji Airways has a strong brand presence, support the sales team in both direct and indirect sales channels to achieve the overall commercial strategy and objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate the execution of all global sales tactical campaign launch following a robust process ensuring with clear attention to detail.

Coordinate the execution of all brand campaign/requested briefs ensuring that the brand pillars and positioning is clearly articulated.

Coordinate the creative design teams daily WIP to ensure timely delivery of all projects requested following the creative process.

Coordinate the execution of all global media buying strategies across a multitude of channels – OOH, Radio, Press, Print Magazine, TV, Online Print, Advertorial and content etc.

Execute all joint partnership campaigns with NTO’s, Airports, Media, Influencers etc. ensuring strong brand presence, maximum reach, and bonus media value is achieved.

Coordinate monthly catch up with various media partners globally to get insights on post campaign performance, new trends or advertising channels.

Analyse research trends and innovative ideas.

Conduct a marketing audit across all markets to ensure it meets current advertising campaign and brand standards.

Assist with all branded events across both sales and marketing departments globally.

Coordinate and execute the launch of any product or service marketing activities.

Report on each campaign result by coordinating the post campaign reporting in conjunction with the revenue & sales team.

Coordinate the tracking and update monthly budget / expenditure.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Must have a degree in Marketing or Business.

5 years’ experience working in a marketing department coordinating campaigns and implementing activities as part of an approved marketing plan and budget.
