Manager Reservations
Fiji Airways is looking to recruit a subject matter expert for the role of the Manager reservations. The role will provide oversight to the Call Centre Operations, ensuring delivery of the Service Level Agreement, people initiatives,process and productivity commitments.
As a Represenatative of Fiji Airways, the successful incumbent is the key liaison between Fiji Airways and Centrecom Leadership. The Manager Reservations continuously drives the operational excellence of the Call Centre as well as ensures all service failures are escalated to both spectrums of leadership for action. The Manager Reservations is the accountable manager for all Fiji Airways employees based at Centrecom.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

Manages Reservations in liaison with Contact Centre to provide effective and efficient service to customers in accordance with Company policies, procedures and standards.

Provides reservations investigative data when requested.

Provides guidance and direction through the disruption handling policies and procedures for reservations activities during disruptions.

Maintains the Sales Training & Procedures guide in line with the current policies for use by sales and handling outlets.

Develops and maintain the Reservations Manual.

Conducts Reservations Training as rolled out by Fiji Airways

Participates in and conducts strategic studies & projects, which enhance the capability of the reservations system as well as commercial opportunities for Fiji Airways.

Creates an environment that promotes people engagement.

Acts as a role model for others by displaying company behavioral competencies.

Provides role clarity for direct reports with the continuous review and documentation.

Initiates, implements and monitors people performance against agreed targets.

Applies sound people development practices including individual development plans as identified through training needs, talent identification and succession plan.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

A minimum of a Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Studies or a relevant field of study.

At least 5 years in the airline industry, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Reservations and Operations areas with 3 years in a senior role.

Subject Matter expertise in Amadeus or other equivalent Systems Experience.
