Responsible for setting up a chain of dealers and distributions to serve as channel partners to Telecom and to manage and sell Telecoms’ products and services through the dealers and distributors.
- Develop a business proposition to attract dealers and distributors to sell TFL’s products and services
- Coordinate with the region and retail branch managers in identifying and appointing dealers and distributors
- Plan and conduct activities with dealers to promote sales through roadshows, events and exhibitions
- Ensure that there is consistent sales through each dealer and distributor
- Ensure timely after sales support is provided to all dealers and distributors
- To ensure that dealer and distributor commissions are properly and accurately reconciled
- Provide reports to management in the designated format / template
Qualification & Experience:
- Degree in Business, marketing-related studies, or related field from a recognized tertiary institution
- Displays strong, clear communication and written skills
- Strong commercial understanding and ability to negotiate effectively with distributors and dealers
- Can present himself / herself well and can professionally represent the company
- Aggressive sales management with a strong record of exceeding sales targets.
- Possess a valid driving license
This position will be on contract; an attractive package will be discussed with the successful candidate.
