Job Overview

This position will be based at the Commercial Layers site in Korociriciri, Nausori reporting to the Commercial Layers Manager.

The nature of the role includes:

  • Providing efficient general administration support to the team including raising purchase orders, invoicing, timecard entry and stores requisition.
  • Performing reconciliations for all inventory at the site.
  • Monitoring and verifying entries in the WPS report.
  • Providing timely and accurate data for tracking and reporting of all processes to meet production demand and compile standard reports.
  • Identifying and reporting low performance and high variance areas for the site.
  • Carry out internal farm audits as per schedule.
  • Managing staff rations at the site.

Key skills and attributes required:

  • A diploma in Finance or Accounting.
  • 1+ years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Good understanding of financial and administrative concepts.
  • Proficient user of MS Office.
  • Knowledge of the livestock industry.
  • A group 2 driver’s license with no demerit points.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
