VACANCY – LEGAL ANALYST

JOB SUMMARY

Are you a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Legal Analyst seeking an exciting opportunity to contribute your expertise to a leading FMCG company? If so, CPL Group invites you to join our dynamic team.

As a Legal Analyst at CPL Group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our business practices adhere to relevant laws and regulations. You will provide expert legal advice, conduct research, and assist in contract management to support our legal and compliance functions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Legal Research: Conduct in-depth legal research to stay current with relevant laws and regulations affecting the FMCG industry.
  • Contract Review: Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor changes in laws and regulations related to FMCG and advise the company on compliance requirements.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized legal records, contracts, and documentation.
  • Legal Support: Provide legal support to various departments within the organization, including HR, procurement, and operations.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify and assess legal risks associated with business decisions and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
  • Litigation Support: Assist in managing legal disputes and litigation matters.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field; advanced degree or legal certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Legal Analyst or in a similar legal role within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of FMCG industry regulations and legal standards.
  • Exceptional research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
