Learning & Development Co-ordinator
We are now looking for a Learning & Development Co-ordinator who will be responsible for the training/coaching programs of Zenag Chicken. Aiming to develop a career path in the company through training/coaching. This position is Farm Base and the officer is expected to create safe and grievance free environment by communicating and enforcing company policies and SOP’s whilst at the same time ensure all employment practices are within PNG Labour & employment laws.
Duties:
- Coordinating of organisational training plan
- Developing and designing yearly training plans and calendars
- Identifying skills gaps and suggesting practical ideas to improve performance
- Developing and implementing of training materials
- Identifying and recommending best new training and development methods/programs
- Creating training material and curriculum
- Conducting Training and Development Activities
- Developing and implementing training programs
- Coordinating and tracking of farm accommodation activities
- Administering all accommodation documentations and record keeping
- Proving support to the Human Resource team
Skills and Specifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Education or related discipline and have training experience in industry
- Minimum five (5) years’ working experience
- High in problem solving skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Strong administration abilities
- Able to design and conduct presentations to different audience
- High in creative solution finding
- Have a background in Leaning and Development & HR
