Job Overview
- Manage, monitor & troubleshoot servers
- Ensure virus definitions and patches are up to date on all systems
- Hardware & Software Installations – end-user support
- Respond to user requests for assistance, train and set up new users, run back-ups and restore as required
- Maintain WAN/LAN and maintain AV/conference equipment
Qualifications & Attributes
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar field
- Good attention to detail
- Competent with office 365
- Experience in working in a Microsoft environment including providing user support with SQL, Active Directory, Windows 2012 & 2016 Server, Windows 8/10 & Workstation (as well as full MS Office 2016 suite)
- High standards of customer service, team player, ability to relate to staff and customers at all levels
- Possess a diploma/degree certification in IT with good spoken and written English
- Working knowledge of MS Office programs and Hotel Operating Software
