POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Sales Executive is directly responsible to the Team Leader and Sales Manager
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seeking new sales opportunities through market visits, cold calling, networking, and social media (Teqwise Facebook page or website)
- Maintain their T500 client list of existing and potential clients.
- Set up meetings with your T500 clients and other potential clients.
- Build and maintain client relations.
- Propose, negotiate, and close deals that will achieve revenue growth and profit.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Establish a healthy network with current and prospective clients to identify opportunities via the T500 client list.
- Handle customer complaints
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Responsible for submitting sales and general reports.
- Analyses business results and trends with Group Sales Team Leader and takes appropriate action to affect sales and profitability.
- Devise appropriate strategies to meet monthly sales targets as established by Group Sales Team Leader.
- Ensure to notify the Groups Sales Team Leader of daily activity reports, weekly sales, prospects, and other development.
- Responsible for updating sales pipeline in JIM2.
- Ensure positive and professional interaction with customers on issues.
- Responsible to continue self-education to maintain a broad knowledge of company business, procedures, marketing, management, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and decision-making skills to respond to high-pressure situations.
- Fully conversant with Company products and an excellent aptitude in the explanation of all company products.
- Maintain a clear and positive and motivational style in all communication, verbal and in writing and actions to promote productivity and commitment with the Department.
- Establish a good working relationship with other personnel in the company.
- Maintains and enforces high standards of personal image in compliance with company guidelines and dress code.
- Ensure that all service staff are fully conversant with the company policy on use of company assets issued to perform duties.
- Ensure the best technique practices is carried by all sales team.
- Be prepared to undertake any other Company duties as directed or delegated by the Managers.
- Work on your Individual Work Plan (IWP)as your contribution towards the department and overall company development.
EXPERIENCE & PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:
- To possess a tertiary qualification relevant to the appointment as Service Technician (IT and print technology).
- To have a minimum of two years of work experience in a similar working environment.
- To have computer literacy as well as experience in Microsoft Office and platform.
- Updated knowledge of company product, its usage, and the major customers.
- Valid Group 2 license is required.
SKILLS & ATTITUDES:
- To possess a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or management
- To have a minimum of three to five years of work experience, in a similar working environment or IT, call center or Technology
- Proven track record of commitment and self-motivation in pursuant of achievements particular emphasis on deadlines and timely results
- Demonstrate selling techniques through best practice.
- Competency in English
- Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills.
- High Level of organizational skills with superior attention to detail and the ability to follow through and timely closures.
- Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability and willingness to maintain and provide a high level of customer service and to work towards adapting to a challenging business environment and ultimate customer satisfaction.
- Capability to operate and deal with medium to corporate size business.
- To have computer literacy as well as experience in Microsoft Office and platform.
- Updated knowledge of company product, its usage, and major customers.
- Possess a clean driving license.
- A flexible team-orientated individual

- Timely submission of daily activity, weekly sales reports to the Managers.
- Timely completion of end of day procedures.
- Meet monthly forecasted sales target.
- Timely reporting and update on JIM 2 as required by the role.

- Professional use and care of company if applicable
- Ensure productivity and efficiency of work time.
- Zero tolerance on customer complaints
- Updated knowledge of company equipment, product knowledge and its usage
- Attendance and punctuality
- Completion of online Teqwise and its partners / supplier’s trainings
