Job Overview
The successful candidate is responsible for providing delivery and second level technical support including:
• Install and configure company phones, laptops and printers
• Prioritize and manage enquires
• Provide training on new IT Processes or any new features
• Ensure security standards are adhered to
• Liaise with server providers and suppliers
• Ensuring security standard are adhered to
• Developing, Testing and evaluating new database functions
To be considered, you must meet the following requirements:
• Experienced or aptitude for technical software/hardware support.
• Ability to provide escalated support, troubleshooting and fault rectification of high level technical issues.
• Good knowledge of wide range of Microsoft based Operating Systems and Officer Applications.
• Diploma in Information System or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Full Valid Driver’s License.
