Job Overview

The Role 

Pepper Advantage Hub (Fiji) is seeking for an experienced IT Helpdesk/sysadmin who will maintain the proper functioning of any computer system of the company and internal and external communications, as well as the orientation to new technologies and user requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolution of user incident.
  • Manage and support team.
  • Assembly and configuration of Windows equipment.
  • Administration of Windows, Active Directory, Azure AD
  • Manage ticketing tool to handle the incidents and request (Jira).
  • Opening of incidents with suppliers or collaborating entities
  • Maintain support procedures.
  • Manage process of access management.

Skills and experience required:

  • Candidate needs to be flexible in terms of working hours (Ideally from 7 pm to 4.30 am FJT).
  • 2 years of experience in Active Directory.
  • 2 years of experience in administration of Windows systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows client platforms.
  • 2 years of experience managing Fortinet firewalls.
  • Knowledge of Cisco ip telephony is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ITIL.
