The successful candidate will actively drive and deliver incremental sales and revenue growth across Vodafone’s ICT products and services portfolio by securing business opportunities and working collaboratively with various cross functional teams and a range of diverse specialist resources.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
•    Pursue new ICT business opportunities in the Corporate & Business market segment to meet business growth and revenue targets
•    Assess customers’ requirements and recommend appropriate ICT business solutions
•    Support the Team in responding to tenders, RFP’s, RFQ’s and development of standard templates
•    Be accountable for customer communications with respect to ICT solutions to ensure consistent execution of the sales enablement approach and end to end delivery
•    Provide customer, industry and professional insight on product roadmap, product development and industry trends and innovations in the ICT space
•    Aggressively drive ICT products and services portfolio awareness with clients so that Vodafone continues to lead the market as trusted ICT advisors and preferred suppliers of ICT solutions
•     Achieve targets for revenue and profit growth from established and new accounts

Requirements (Education, Experience and Key Competencies)

•    Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Networking, Product Development, Project Management or related field
•    Knowledge of WAN, MPLS, IPVPN, Wifi, Internet, PRI, SIP, VoIP, IP Telephony, Cloud, disaster recovery, hosted solutions and Multi-User Systems Environment (MUSE)
•    Strong relationship management skills to collaborate with all stakeholders including internal staff, executives, vendors and clients
•    Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, ability to analyze market data, develop strategic direction and create compelling business cases.
•    Ability to appropriately identify product gaps and requirements that can drive new market potential
•    Ability to work independently without supervision and collaboratively.
•    Sound product technology knowledge and general ICT industry subject matter expertise
•    Strong communication and relationship management skills and the ability to negotiate and facilitate successful outcomes at a high level
