- Assist the HR Team in managing the Personnel, Recruitment & Selection, Learning & Development, HR Projects and HR Information System and Administration.
- Contribute significantly to the creation of a high performing HR team.
- Support the implementation of HR Initiatives on a project by project basis as required.
- Contribute to ongoing continuous improvement for HR activities.
- Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR Office.
- Encourage active and positive engagement with all key stakeholders across the Group.
- Co-ordinate and process the company’s payroll function and all other payroll related duties in a highly efficient manner.
- 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of payroll principles and proficiency in HR/Payroll software.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
