Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspec ts of the company ‘s human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process
- Manage employee relations and address employee concerns
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Develop and implement performance management systems
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Manager employee benefits and compensation programs
- Conduct training and development programs for employees
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’ s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- Professional certification in human resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR ) preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
