HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST
We are hiring a HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST to be based up in Zenag Farm.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute General HR/IR Functions in accordance to Policies and SOP’s.
- Assist with administration filing and recordkeeping.
- Ensures offboarding process is complete
- Support the recruitment onboarding function
- Support general HR organisational functions
Skills and Specifications
- Self-organised
- Strong understanding of general HR Functions
- Knowledge of Labour Laws
- Strong communication skills
- Have a background in industrial relations and action
- Good organizational skills
Experience and Qualifications
- Diploma in Human Resource management or Business administration/management or related field
- 3 years plus experience
