The successful candidate will possess-
A Degree in Human Resource Management/ related discipline or equivalent
- 3-5 years’ experience in a HR role with demonstrated capability;
- Experience in contract management, employee benefits management and payroll;
- Demonstrated HR management practices that deliver outcomes, workplace enhancement, employer of choice development, harmonious workplace relations;
- You will need to be a high-level performer in management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage a high workload and work on multiple tasks concurrently;
- Ability to coach and develop employees;
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills;
- Excellent communications skills -verbal and written;
- Hold a high levels of integrity, confidentiality, and honesty.
