As the Head of Distribution you will report to the Chief Operating Officer and be responsible in providing strong leadership and directions to retail and sales distribution team. The Head of Distribution will lead the development of Sales initiatives, strategies, monitoring and actively contribute to delivery of KPIs, exceeding sales targets and profit margins of all products and distribution channel.
The successful candidate will be required to develop channel expansion strategy by evaluating insights from the distribution coverage and penetration. Also plan execution of new product launches in the distribution channel with Sales and Marketing Heads & attain market leadership through growth in terms of gross numbers, revenues, market share and profit, while complying with agreed budget, quality of additions and corporate policy guidelines at the same time report and analyze distribution KPIs.
This role will be accountable for achieving monthly sales and revenue targets for the distribution channel of all products. Also drive subscriber base growth through quality gross acquisitions and proactively monitor and track competition actions and initiatives in the market place and continuously share with cross functional team members and leadership team.
To be considered for this role, you must have minimum experience of 10years as a Sales Manager with significant track records in the management of direct and indirect sales, distribution and logistics channels, demonstrating leadership rather than supervisory management techniques. Ability to lead distributional channel, with large number of channel partners of varying sizes and complexity. Has high commercial awareness with regard to revenue generation and cost reduction and makes well informed, effective, and timely decisions even when data is limit also Independent thought leadership and drive to execute.
